Chris and Shane replaced an old gravity fed, heater only heating system in our first home with a brand new combi boiler. They removed all of the old equipment and placed the new combi boiler in the loft where we wanted it. All works were completed a day early and on budget. Chris and Shane left our home in spotless condition at the end of each day (2 days in total). Their communication before, during and after the works was top notch. They consulted us on several occasions to ensure we were happy with their intentions. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting heating or boiler work done.

We needed an ancient heat-only boiler replaced, plus a tank removed and some other work. They gave the most competitive quote and they installed what I think is possibly the best boiler on the market, all things considered - a British-made Baxi. They were a pleasure to have in the house, and everything worked without a hitch. The radiators are now boiling hot and our fifty or sixty year old pipe and radiator system just needs to be gradually updated when time allows. They even put in a couple of connections for me to install a new radiator.

Despite difficult road conditions (snow and ice) Chris & Shane arrived on time. New boiler and water cylinder installed, some replacement pipework. Minimum disruption (my wife is wheelchair-bound), carpets that were taken up all re-laid expertly, rubbish cleared, system working by 6pm same evening. Good workers, professionally installed system, good communication plus there were some "extra" issues relating to my wife's condition that could have been limiting factors. These were sorted by Chris & Shane. I would have no problem in recommending Globe, good workmanship and very caring, professional people.

Very prompt visit by Chris on the day of my enquiry and a clear explanation of the work required, followed by a quote the following morning. I received messages by text and email to confirm details and timings- really helpful.A new hot water tank was installed only a few days later (great to have such a quick service at this time of year). Chris and Shane were professional, efficient and tidy workers. They were polite and friendly, and provided an excellent and reliable service. Highly recommended.

I bought a new room thermostat and rang Chris and Shane from Globe Heating to come out and offer me a price to change it over. The Guys came over the same evening to quote me, when I mentioned I never had much money so I would appreciate a cheap quote they said it wasn’t a big job and done it for free. To say I am overwhelmed by their kindness is a understatement I didn’t realise people like this were still around. Very very kind genuine people.

Great customer service, came and worked out the job at a time that suited me, explained our options really clearly to us. Got quote to us the same evening which was amazing! Great communication, workmanship and aftercare. Neat and tidy, quick turn around, even did extra job he discovered as part of original quote. Can't recommend highly enough.
